I bought 2 more of these wonderful towels! They are large, soft, and absorbent. You have enough cloth to go around all of your pans and dishes. And, as the cloth is soft, it is pliable to fit where you want it too fit. Though large, the cloths do not take up a lot of room in drawers. They can be rolled or flattened to fit comfortably about anywhere. I had bought one towel only to return to buy another two. I very much find them useful ,easy to care for, and easy to store. A perfect towel for any number of uses besides drying dishes. Try one! You will want more, I promise you!

I sent three notes to customer service over the weekend that what i received was NOT my order but belonged to another customer AND that my order never arrived and that I need it immediately. I still have not heard back three days later and i understand they are closed Sat and Sunday and now today Monday- no response.
