This is why Free the Ocean is very selective in choosing the quality products we offer, so we can limit returns and increase customer happiness! Before placing an order, please take all the time you need to read through product reviews left by customers just like you.

What's your return policy?

Free the Ocean offers a 30 day return policy! If you'd like to return an item within 30 days of purchase just mail it back to us at "Free the Ocean Returns: 20729 Carmen Loop, Suite 130 Bend, OR 97702." You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item is defective or damaged, we'll issue you a credit or replace it with the same item! 
Do you offer exchanges?
If an item is defective or damaged (a very unusual situation), we're happy to exchange it for the same item. 
When will I be refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
