Return & Cancellation Policy
We think you’re going to love your plastic free products. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 90 days of purchase.
Our return policy:
If you'd like to return an item within 90 days of purchase just mail it, and the packing slip, back to us at "GreaterGood FTO Returns: 5010 52nd Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512." You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the item is defective or damaged, we'll issue you a credit or replace it with the same item!
Order cancellations & modifications:
We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

Do you offer exchanges?
If an item is defective or damaged (a very unusual situation), we're happy to exchange it for the same item.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return is received, returns are refunded promptly to the original payment method, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. The original shipping costs are not refunded.
