This brush is fully biodegradable and made from sustainable vegan materials. A dish brush with plastic bristles can shed hairs into the ocean, but this brush has 100% biodegradable Tampico fiber bristles!
The head is replaceable so you can save the handle and reduce your waste when the brush wears out. Once worn out, the wooden head and sisal bristle can be 100% composted.
Brush Care: Sissal bristles can be washed with mild soap and water, air dry. Do not soak in water for long periods of time and allow to air dry after use.

I've been using FTO products for a long time. The consistent high quality is reflected in this replacement brush head.
The dish brush separated from the handle after 3 days of use. Also the replacement head has a screw attachment that does not work with the handle.

I really like the design of this brush — the handle feels nice and the bristles are soft yet effective for cleaning. However, I was disappointed with how poorly the brush head is attached. On the first day of use, the head fell off. Customer care was responsive and sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, the same issue happened again after about a week.
From the product photos, it appears the brush head screws onto the handle, but in reality, it simply pops in — and may even be held with glue. I love the concept and wanted this to work, but the construction just isn’t durable enough for regular dishwashing.
Thank you for the feedback. We did have an issue with the fitting which has now been addressed. The handle should be very secure going forward, only the replacement head screws off and on (closer to the bristles) not the handle. The team is happy to report most are good, but we'd love to make it right...again.

Contacted company. The dish brush fell apart and bristles turned dark. Will see what happens. First time this happened. Always like their products.
